There are a great many old photographs of Wembury dating from the 1880s to the Second World War but there are very few post WW2 photos in our archive.
Wembury Local History Society are holding a Photo Day on Saturday, 14 May 2016 from 10:30 - 16:30 at Wembury Village Hall.
There will be an exhibition of old photographs of Wembury with a collection of booklets on local history and a continuous slideshow of old photographs. We will have several scanners and cameras and we hope people will bring photographs of post WW2 Wembury which we can duplicate for the archives.
