Exeter: four decades of social history - 1 Mar

During an office move at the end of 2012, the University of Exeter Students' Guild came across a very large case of photographs dating from 1970 through the 80’s, 90’s and 00’s, all of which depict student community volunteering in the city of Exeter. 

We have had a team of students working hard over the last term to collate and archive the photographs, find out information about the volunteering projects and create an exhibition which shows the social changes of Exeter through 50 years of History – all through images of student volunteering.
